Enjoy our casual environment...
Relax after a day at work and enjoy some special Italian food that you can prepare at home without being a chef.
The classes are at Luciano Galavotti's (our demonstrating "chef") house: 509 North Grove Oak Park, IL 60302
Start time 6:30 pm on Friday April 4th and Friday April 18th. The duration of a class is about 2 1/2 hours.
April 4th
"The secret to a perfect Risotto"
Vegetarian, with Sausage and Mushrooms, Milanese and Seafood.
Learn how to prepare this important Italian dish perfect for all seasons. Impress your family or friends with some tricks that will help you achieve the best result.
Price for the class is $45 per person and include all the products that will be tasted at the end.

"Pasta the Healthy Way"
4 Different sauces: Asparagus and Walnuts, Meat Sauce, Amatriciana, Shrimp and Zucchini
Come and find out how pasta can still be part of your diet. Learn how to obtain the maximum from simple ingredients, get the flavor and respect yourself .
