Roasted Asparagus (Print Recipe) (E-mail Recipe)
Besides the health benefits, asparagus when roasted takes on an almost nutty flavor. Consider dressing with a squirt of fresh lemon juice
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 Lb fresh asparagus, ends trimmed 1 to 2 Tbsp Olive & Well Meyer Lemon Olive oil Two pinches Olive & Well Hawaiian Pink sea salt Freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange asparagus on flat cookie pan that has a lip so no pieces are crossed over. Drizzle oil over asparagus and top with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and shake to level. Bake, tossing occasionally for 20 minutes, or until brown and crisp tender.
