Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe (Print Recipe) (E-mail Recipe)
Makes about 3/4 cup
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/4 cup Olive & Well Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp water 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp dried leaf tarragon 1 clove garlic, minced 4 tbsp Olive & Well Arbequina Extra Virgin olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar, water, lemon juice, tarragon and garlic. Whisk well to combine. Add oils and whisk again. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Chill before serving. Makes about ¾ cup and keeps one week.
