Grilled Duck With Blood Orange Oil

Elegant and time-tested, this olive oil makes the meat rich and delicious. Serve with new potatoes and a light salad to highlight the entrée.
Serves 4

Ingredients:
1/2 a roaster duck
6 tbsp Olive & Well Blood Orange Olive
Olive & Well Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


Rub duck with blood orange olive oil. Grill skin down over medium heat for 25 minutes. Turn duck over and cook for additional 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
