What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card
Can I order free samples?
We do not offer free samples of our products. For
safety reasons we can not open them in order to ship "tasting samples".
Do you offer coupons or discounts?
As a rule, we price our products competitively. We
prefer to offer our products at a fair price on a
daily basis than repeatedly offer sales or discounts. We do however, offer
special promotions and
coupons (such as free shipping or gift with purchase)
to our previous customers and mailing list subscribers. If you would like
to have your
name added to our list for future offers, please
and include your name, address and email. Once you
submit your request, your
information will be added to our database within
the month.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We offer a 10% case quantity discount for our olive
oils and balsamic vinegars. Cases MAY be mixed. You
may contact us with an inquiry by emailing or calling us at 708.848.4230.
Can I pay for my order by check?
Sorry, we do not accept checks at this time.
How can I redeem my gift certificate?
If you wish to use a gift certificate simply fill
your cart with the items you wish to purchase and proceed through checkout.
When you come to the payment methods menu, select "gift certificate" and
follow the prompts. You will need to provide credit card information if
your order total exceeds the gift certificate amount.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, for a cost of $4.25 per item.
How can I order a custom gift basket?
Please see our gift basket selections or contact
us at 708.848.4230 for a custom basket.
How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is calculated based on local tax tables.
All Illinois orders will be charged tax.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products we offer, returns
will only be accepted within 5 days of delivery (dates
confirmed by our shipping agents) and must reference the original order
number. If you
wish to return an item, please contact us prior to
shipping anything back, for proper authorization. No returns will be accepted
without such authorization.
If items are returned sealed in their original packaging,
completely in-tact and in resaleable condition, a refund or exchange will
be offered – solely
at the discretion of management. If an item is open,
but proven to be defective, we will work to replace it. If a replacement
is not available,
we will offer a refund or exchange. Items sold as
gift baskets or collections must be returned in their entirety, including
the basket, pail or other
container they were originally packaged in. No individual
items may be removed or exchanged separately unless an item is found to
be defective.
Wedding and event favors are not returnable. Personalized
or custom created items are not returnable, this includes all event favors.
No shipping
costs will be refunded for products returned to Olive & Well unless
we are responsible for the error. Returns on orders
that shipped free (ie. orders that utilized a promotion coupon/offer)
invalidate the free
shipping option and will be refunded the product
amount(s) less the cost of applicable shipping and handling charges. REFUSED
SHIPMENTS/DELIVERY
FAILURE DUE TO LACK OF AVAILABILITY: Any shipments
that are returned to Olive & Well by shipping carriers due to: refusal
of delivery; incorrect address supplied by customer or delivery failure
due to lack of availability
on recipient's part will not be automatically refunded.
Refunds that are requested and approved by management will automatically
incur the following
deductions: 30% restocking fee and no shipping and
handling charges will be refunded. Please contact customer service for
more information on returning
an item by calling 708.848.4230. We will work to
make your return as easy as possible.
